no updates due to not even thinking about a blog. swap meet was this last sunday and everyone was claiming either feast or famine. i was swallowing up deals like it was thanksgiving afternoon. came up on this nice mexican fellow who sold me this super b that was half way disassembled for the best price ever. put it all back together nice and pretty as well as fully functioning. i think i'll swap the E for the B on the evo chopper and throw the shorty on the ironhead and save the bendix for a nosecone shovel...

one time i overheard this guy from johnson county who absolutely loves Japanese motorcycles refer to harley davidson motorcycles as "glorified farm equipment". i tore apart and rebuilt my simple tractor carb and had it back on the ironhead less than 24 hours after my last post, and rode it to work again friday morning.

i guess if you buy old junk it may have been worked on by old junkies.
i'm thinking thats why it started raining gas all over the cam cover, starter, and my leg. thats where the bowl mates with the body on the bendix and since i got it off i might as well completely rebuild it. i'll have it back together friday, but it gives me an excuse to pull out the 87 for a couple days.
